STANLEY is an Engineering College established in the year 2008, under Osmania University, which has developed over a period of time as a major technical education provider in the State of Telangana.

 College was accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). All the eligible UG and PG programmes are accredited by NBA of AICTE. The college is also accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of University Grants Commission.

 Training & Placement Cell of STANLEY is offering Career Development Program for the students who are raring to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers according to their aspirations and background. The Training programs have been formulated after a thorough analysis of unique requirement of various companies. We impart this training program with the help of reputed training Institutes. They enable our students to gain a competitive edge in the recruitment process, groom their confidence and develop their personality. Due to continuous training and guidance, students’ placement record is excellent since 2014.

 STANLEY is running the following UG (B.Tech) & PG (ME/M.Tech/MBA) courses:

UG: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) at UG level.

PG: M.E- (ECE) – Embedded SystemsME – (ECE) – Digital Systems,  M. Tech (CSE) – Software Engineering,  M.Tech – (CSE)- Computer Science & EngineeringMaster of Business Administration (MBA) at PG level.

There are 500 plus eligible students in above courses with excellent communication skill and core domain knowledge.

Stanley provides excellent placement training for students, with the list of placement records it holds it is considered to be one of the best placement engineering college in Hyderabad for women.

Training and Placement Cell offers a unique tutoring that caters not only to outgoing batches but to the entire student community as well. Training needed analysis is done to categorize the individual requirements of each student. The students are then trained for exponential growth by overcoming their flaws and through practical application of the knowledge they have gained. The Placement cell organises Guest Lectures and in-house learning sessions with the support of CEOs and HR Executives from various fields. It facilitates Industry Institute Interaction to identify the gaps between the Curriculum and Industry requirements. Stanley has already signed MOUs with companies like Pike Solutions Inc., Sapala Organics Pvt. Ltd., D Cube Animations and ADS Softek. Further, Bridge CoursesÂť are designed and offered to nullify the existing gap. Awareness program such as Infosys Campus connect, Oracle Work Force Development Program  and IBM Academic Initiativeare planned to enable the student to be abreast of the most sought after technologies in the real-time world.

Effective implementation of all the intended programs has enabled an increase in the number of companies visiting Stanley, year after year. More companies are now convinced to visit us for Campus Placements and get access to Quality Work-Force.

OBJECTIVES

  • To identify potential employees and know their requirements.
  • To train the students through mock interviews, group discussions and written tests.
  • To place the students in reputed companies above 50%.
  • To identify HR trainers and provide professional inputs to the students in various aspects of campus interview.

ACTIVITIES

  • Prepares the profile of the institution.
  • Identifies major industries for in plant training, project work and placement.
  • Visits various industries to project the college and its achievements and convince the HR for campus interviews.
  • Arranges campus/ off-campus interviews.
  • Conducts mock interviews, group discussions and written tests at college level.
  • Conducts personality development programmes through professionals and our faculty.
  • Conducts language proficiency assessment Programme for the final year students and conducts special programmes to improve their language skills.
  • Arranges in plant training and industrial visits.
